We are pleased to announce that we are offering problem-solving classes at our Kumon Centers beginning in May. Classes will go on till the end of August (Summer).
We will be using the Kumon Word Problems and Geometry and Measurements curriculum (two books at the center and No HOMEWORK !!). Coupled with the use of Kumon worksheets that focus on speed and accuracy, your child will be learning the application of Math and they will enjoy Math more than ever!!!
Here are examples of the curriculum for 2nd & 3rd grade (curriculum goes up to 8th grade):
Days:
Mondays and Wednesdays at Kumon Salt Lake City (433 S 400 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84111) (3.30 pm to 6.30pm)
Fridays at Kumon of Foothill (1440 S Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84108) (3.30pm to 6.30pm)
Saturdays at Kumon of Sandy (672 E Union Square, Sandy, UT 84070) (10 am to 1.30pm)
Duration:
30 mins to 1 hour (anytime during Kumon center operation hours)
Cost:
$50 per month and a one time $50 book fee
